We precooked a taxi from Il de Re to Ls Rochelle Airport for an early flight to Manchester Airport. We received confirmation emails and even a message 1 hour before pick up to say the driver would be there. At pick up time (6 am), we received a phone call to say they had no drivers available. We had no way of booking another taxi at that time of the morning. It was very stressful for us. Our booking ref was R4960950420553728.
