We have used Open Rent twice to find new tenants for a flat in London. The platform is really easy to use, we sourced a photographer with them for a very reasonable price and photos were done and one line within 48 hours of requesting a photographer! We were able to shortlist tenants and then make a choice. All for a fraction of what an agency would charge. Would never go back to using an agency in London.

Great company to deal with. We bought a set of garden furniture from them 15 years ago and still looks great. Recently we bought a second set for a holiday cottage on Isle of Wight. When it arrived we realised it wasn't right for where we were planning to put it. Bramblecrest were really helpful in arranging for it to be collected and returned to them. Will definitely use again.

Good service. I wanted to return the product I ordered and they made it very easy. Very nice person on the other end of the phone.

I researched a few online flower companies and liked Bunches' selection and prices. I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's birthday. They took 4 days to arrive and while they looked okay they were late and didn't last long. I complained to Bunches who said Royal Mail had let them down. It was just before Christmas and I could see they had been dispatched the same day as the order. They offered a full refund but I said could they just resend. They immediately sent a double bouquet which arrived the next day. They responded very quickly to my initial complaint and were really apologetic.

Called several times with questions about Silent Gliss curtain rails before ordering. Always super friendly and helpful. Good price compared with other suppliers. Very comprehensive and helpful website

Always a pleasure dealing with A Ling.. friendly on the phone.. always answer straight away. Can usually book an appointment within a day or two. Proficient and friendly engineers and reasonable price. What's not to like!

Easy to rubbish EasyJet and we've had our moments with them. However, I left my expensive earbud speakers on a flight a week ago and retrieving them was made really easy. Sent an email. Someone emailed back asking for more details. Said, yes they'd found them. I was passing back through the airport a week later at half past midnight. They gave me a mobile phone number and sure enough, someone was there to meet me with the headphones.

This is a review for their customer service... only gave 4 stars as the suitcase itself broke after 18 months.. but hey, it only cost £30 so I guess we took our chances. However, the customer care was great... took a photo of the broken strap, sent along with my order number and they refunded straight away. Emails back and forth with a real person, very friendly and helpful. I'm writing this review as quite a few negative here about aftersales service. Not my experience

After a bad experience with autoglass, I found this fantastic independent windscreen repair company. Next day service, great job, lovely friendly team.

So, I get a big crack in my window on a bank holiday weekend. My insurer's automated emergency service transfers me directly to Autoglass. The young woman who answers the phone sounds like she'd really prefer to be anywhere else but on the end of a phone and spent more time trying to upsell new window wiper blades to me (unnecessary scam) than finding me an appointment. The first appointment she offered was in 3 weeks time, 20 miles away. When I said that was no good as I was going abroad for 2 months in 3 days time she tried again and suggested somewhere in 10 days time. I gave up and when I was finally able to speak to my insurers on Tuesday am found a local independent service who could do it the next day. To add insult to injury I had two follow up calls from autoglass customer service in response to my complaint to my insurer. Neither were remotely interested in me, just in being able to tick a box that said 'complaint resolved', They then sent an email saying 'so pleased we were able to resolve your complaint'. Great, box ticked!! I would never use autoglass.

What a relief to find this UK based company with a real human being at the end of a phone after searching for some time for a monitor power socket. All the other companies had scam warnings in the reviews I read. AC AdaptorsRus asked me to send photos of the model label and the socket and 3 days later my monitor is back in action. Great service.

Very easy to find and use website. Was searching for this product at best price. Was the best price and also delivered quickly and efficiently.

Did the WWII and Cold War tour with Thomas. Excellent guide, very knowledgeable with lots of stories and humour to bring the history to life. Gave us a good intro to include a quick resume of foundation of Germany and the Weimar Republic first. Well paced. Very cold in January so lots of layers required!

Always use car hire excess when we hire a car in UK or overseas. Really easy to do.. takes minutes and the one time we had to claim that was also straightforward.

Bought 2 beds from Newport in Isle of Wight for a holiday rental. They were really helpful from beginning to end. Initially said the zip and link mattress we wanted in time for the first rental was available but then couldn't get it. But offered to lend us two standard mattresses until it arrived at no extra cost and offered a discount for inconvenience. In the event they did get everything to us in time. Delivery was really smooth, offering us a 2 hour window and then calling when on the way. I couldn't be there so took sister in law's number. Arrived short of one headboard but very quickly came back with that. Matt or Brett were always available on the phone and across my order and called regularly with updates. Beds good too and reasonably priced.

Hard to fault 2 day test and at time of booking was about the cheapest available. Quick and easy to order pack arrived and fitted in letter box so not a problem arriving while we were away. Email came immediately with our reference for travel docs and instructions as to how to book our video test appointment. lots of reminder texts/emails re the video call each with the link for the call. Call was very efficient. Email with results came through almost immediately.

Our experience was v good overall. They are based 5 minute drive from airport, hence my 4 stars.. but then we knew that but they were
much cheaper so we felt worth it. We waited around 10.minutes for the mini bus but when it arrived the driver was super friendly and entertaining. As per most car rentals, they were grumpy that we had insured our excess but got over it. Car was as expected. Very efficient and friendly on return.. but make sure you photograph your fuel gauge as you leave as tried to charge as an extra 14 euros for diesel. V. Efficient handover and drove us immediately to airport. Maybe a little more time consuming that those companies based at the airport but no complaints

We have used car hire excess several times now and had to claim from them once. They are so easy to use, really good value and when we did have to claim they made it all very painless (unlike Enterprise who we rented from!!). Using them for the first time out of the UK (Madeira). Again all seemed very straightforward... hoping we won't need to claim!

Always so easy to use and when we did have to claim it was really easy inspite of enterprise's attempts to be difficult. Their online check list for car hire also v. good.

Very easy to book. When I wanted to change my booking times, the website wasn't working but your team were super friendly and helpful on the telephone. We have used you before and had to claim. It was reassuringly easy (the only hassle came from Enterprise Cars!). We will use you again and recommend you to others.
