Spent about an hour trying to cancel my membership. Was sent round and round and finally told the money would be taken and then I would be emailed on how to cancel……nothing after a month.

The problem is you then forget for next season too, feels like a trap.
No point in being a member - almost impossible to get tickets. And can’t cancel……difficult club to deal with.

£1350 phone. Left on the doorstep of the wrong house. I saw the driver arrive, but he was too busy on his phone to pay attention.

Will adjust in future if things improve.

Told Andersen I was away until a particular date, I then get an email to say it is booked for “tomorrow” and if I reschedule within 3 days of the booking there is a £100 charge??

Also emailed the concierge 4 days ago. No response.

Also was told I would be called back as soon as someone came out of a teams meeting. 4 hours have passed and now it is COB.

Pretty poor so far.

The only way is up.

No apology or empathy or recognition on the call I made to them either. No a massive deal, but would have thought that was basic.

Update - now installed and pleased with the device.
Was told a week ago someone would be I touch about my complaint…….no one has called.
Glad it is sorted, but wouldn’t recommend. Definitely appears more polished than the reality.

Nice company to deal with.

Sent the wrong product. Offered very little assistance. Created jobs for me to sort as their process was a bit inflexible.

They manage a property for me. They overcharge and charge without discussion. They do not return phone calls. Very poor.

Absolutely clueless. Continually lying/misleading.

I don’t think they were doing this maliciously, but they were certainly doing it incompetently.

Damaged my property. Driver was very nice and apologetic, but now the company are not paying for the damage.

Incredibly poor. Over promised and under delivered. Very unprofessional.

Cumbersome and slow approach. Not customer friendly. Very disappointing.

Loved my whoop. Worked great for 11 months.

It now won’t pair with my phone/app and the service has been exceptionally poor.
I have really fallen out of love and have no intention of continuing the membership.

No response to emails. Have overcharged me (system error it would seem) but no response or explanation. And phone lines constantly down. Very poor.

I paid £99 for Rutland to build my bike so it was ready to use.

And they have sent me the bike unbuilt with no explanation. Clueless.
