Everything was fine at Scottsdale golf but problem with the delivery service was due to pick up from nearby Post office but I didn’t receive a QR code so many phone calls later I got my parcel

10/10 Customer Service and Delivery
My parcel arrived very fast, unfortunately it arrived with the wrong head cover but Tanya from their customer service made sure this was sent out on their fastest delivery option.
Overall excellent service, everyone makes mistakes but it’s businesses like this that show dedication to their service that strive.

Missing Parcel
I reported that my parcel that was delivered by DPD wasn’t at my property. It had been left outside my front door and in full view of a public footpath, and not left securely or with a neighbour. Once I had reported this to customer services, a lady called Tanya took on this situation and was beyond helpful and kept me informed of how everything was progressing, and updated me with news, regularly. I can only say a huge thank you to her and to Scottsdale for sorting this situation out and that Tanya was an excellent communicator and a excellent employee, who has represented your company in a professional, courteous, friendly manner.

Scottsdale golf is an absolute amazing golf online storefront! With free dpd delivery if you spend a certain amount. My order was dispatched within 30 mins of it being placed, and i received it on the next morning! I could not recommend enough!!!
