Using them for years - highly recommended!

I just placed an order for the sauna heater with some additional elements to my new sauna. I'm looking at the reviews from the XMASS period and am surprised with some impatient customers - it's obviously a busy time!
I will update this review appropriately if required, once my order isn't complete or there is some missunderstanding in communication (or the equipment arrives faulty) in this now "quieter" period of year.
I found the website very user friendly (apart from the login mechanism for existing customers which isn't intuitive), the pricing very competetive to Irish (where I live) market, and the offer of products quite extensive. This is the way to go!

After analysing all of the excess insurance providers I decided to choose this one mostly based on opinions of others here on trustpilot. Yes, there are some negative comments (they’re always there) but I found people actually complaining about the time that they need to wait for the money back, not for not getting the money back. To me that’s a great deal. Additionally I noticed quite good feedback on the response time related to customer service, that’s also crucial in my view. Going for holidays soon. I hope I don’t need they’re cover but will update this review, if anything ever happens with honest opinion on processes.

I'm with them for 6 months now (Co. Wexford). The service is quite good - if collections aren't happening on time I always get a text with an apology (it doesn't happen often). The only thing is that I'm trying to pay for the service and the website is down for about a month already. Can't visit, can't login, can't pay for my annual subscription. I should give it another start for the free service lol. Cope on lads, it's not that hard to have a website run properly!

I waited over a month for a delivery of a fridge and a dishwasher. Eventually the fridge was cancelled and dishwasher delivered, communication was ok - but waiting 6 weeks for stuff is unacceptable. The dishwasher arrived in a perfect condition so 2 stars for the impeccable quality of the equipment. Waiting in the new house without a fridge and dishwasher was awful.

Very friendly driver. The tracking app needs a little bit of work - I could not paste the tracking number in the default view, but other than that delivery experience was excellent.

Last 3 parcels delivered on time. State and condition of box and contents: perfect. Chat with delivery man: pleasant & engaging, costs: minimal. Will certainly come back and use their services in the future. Bonus: will recommend.

I am using adverts for probably about 5 years now. Amazing service quality. I sell everything quickly, if an item is not sold for too long, it's only because of the inaccurate valuation people (you want too much for something)!
