Waited 20 mins to get through then a Graham put me on hold for supposedly a minute and after a further 15 mins he did not get back to me.
I rang again,Waited 15 more mins and finally got sorted. Not a good experience

Call quality was simply not good enough and for some unknown reason, the agent ended my first call attempt to renew my insurance. Listen back to the call and you'll understand.
