Easy to navigate- find option , purchase & make changes without calling and waiting on hold for anyone . The website & self service options are great . Price was reasonable for the duration of our trip and coverage looks good .

Flexible and good coverage, but very expensive
Coverage is sufficient and meets the requirements for my trip and I like the flexibility it provides. However it is VERY EXPENSIVE.

UNRESPONSIVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I submitted a multiple requests via phone, and online over the last week for assistance concerning a typo I noticed on travel insurance information and have yet to get a response nor have gotten feedback. I will be planning to use a different company for all future needs.

At the time of sign up for the insurance plan, the meaning of initial deposit date is not explained well. Otherwise it’s an excellent product.

Feeling conned
After choosing the option for ‘riding motorbikes over 125cc’, paying an extortionate premium, thinking that this was because of the over 125cc cover, it turns out I’m not actually covered to ride a bike over 125cc. Feeling very ripped off. Why is the option there if it’s not covered??
