I have been having my hair done at Willow for over sixteen years by Sarah, who is the owner of this friendly and very comfortable salon. The staff are all delightful, the service is excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Parcel arrived with one glass jar broken and pieces of glass in the box. The Boots Customer Service was excellent. Apologised and sent a replacement within three days, which arrived safely.

The onion tart is delicious. Light, thin pastry with a tasty filling.

Lands’ End service is always excellent and it is easy to order and return goods.
The jeans I ordered were supposedly straight leg but they were too wide and the fit was very unflattering. I used to always buy the slimline jeans which were perfect, but they seem to have disappeared. Please, please bring them back.

The Happy Puzzle Company gave us brilliant customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we received the Decypher puzzle in time to take it to New Zealand for our grandsons. Can highly recommend both the game and the service. Also thoroughly enjoying the Escape Rooms in an Envelope puzzles. What a great company!

Great quality items packed well (including vacuum packing cheese) and delivered on time. Excellent service.

Our Mindful Chef order was left on the outside doorstep of our block of flats, without the courier even ringing our doorbell. If our neighbour had not happened to see the parcel and alerted us, it could easily have been stolen, apart from the food being spoilt. This has happened several times before and, although my complaints have been treated courteously by DPD, there has been no improvement in service from the courier.

Having had cause to complain a couple of times about deliveries, DPD responded well and deliveries now come right to the door and are no longer left outside on the doorstep. Thank you DPD for good customer service.

I have been having my hair done by lovely Sarah at Willow for the last twelve years. The salon is consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful. Sarah, Kate and the staff are meticulous in maintaining Covid precautions, despite the extra workload, and I feel very safe there. On my last visit there was a slight timing problem and Sarah went to great lengths to make sure I left on time for another appointment and even arranged for one of the staff to bring me a sandwich. It is always a pleasure to visit the salon and enjoy such excellent service.

The geraniums I ordered arrived in excellent condition and the service was very good throughout.

Easy website to use. Great range of recipes. Good quality ingredients. Well packaged with emphasis on recycling. Particularly keen on donations of meals to children in poverty.

It was very easy to return some parcels to Marks & Spencer and John Lewis via Hermes. Everything was done online and the courier came exactly on time to collect the parcels. I am an elderly person and this meant I did not have to leave my home to go to the Post Office. A very efficient service.

I have been a client of Sarah’s at Willow for many years and am very happy with the salon’s consistently high standards of service. All the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The Covid precautions put in place by the salon are excellent and I feel completely safe there.
