Good service , staff helpful , app is a bit glitch between companies , overall i find Viva very good , quick payments and easy to navigate , please sort the app

I have never had an issue , im on Ultra plan its expensive, but its not really when you use the benefits, iv had a few issues and Revolut customer care solved it quickly.
For me its great compared too main street banks , 10 out of 10 customer service

Spoke will a lady called Bee , its so nice to speak with a pleasant and helpful lady on the end of the line .
