Predatory Autorenew
I’m really disappointed with my experience with Register365 regarding an auto-renewal charge for my domain names. I reached out to their support team to resolve this, but they were completely unwilling to offer a refund. They pointed to their Terms and Conditions, arguing that the auto-renewal option was selected during the initial purchase and claiming they sent reminder emails. It feels incredibly unfair that they refuse to budge on a service I didn't intend to renew. It’s frustrating that they categorise domains as "personalised items" to justify keeping the payment. If you use their services, be extremely careful with your account settings in their Control Panel and don't rely on those email reminders. I won't be using them again.

We also send out reminder emails ahead of any renewal, it may be worth checking your spam or junk folder settings, as the three notifications can sometimes be filtered there unintentionally.
Domain renewals are processed in line with the settings selected at the time of purchase and outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which is why we're unable to offer a refund in this instance.
That said, if you'd like any guidance on how to review or adjust your auto-renewal preferences going forward to avoid this happening again, we'd be happy to help, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Prime example Of great customer service
One of the last companies out there that has real human service, one single channel, and immediate assistance over the phone. I so appreciate this and hope it never changes. Kyle Fawthrop assisted me today in renewing my mailbox subscription and was a stellar example of customer support: positive attitude, clearly articulate, efficient and competent and à total joy to deal with. Give him a bonus! It speaks volumes about management when staff are so happy and I’ve always had super positive experiences with your customer support. Very Satisfactory Interaction
My engagement was to cancel my hosting service and retire my domain name, after a project was cancelled. I expected a cycle through multiple options, delay, attempts to change my mind, discuss possibility of alternative products - none of which would have interested me.
Instead, the agent listened to my reason for cancelling, and immediately performed the required actions, no hassle, no sales pitch and, most importantly, no endless transfers to the "person" who could actually do what I wanted.
If only every service call I make could be as painless!!

Issues transferring a domain name
Issues transferring a domain name. I was having problems transferring a domain name from my old Clikpic page to my new Squarespace page, so decided to phone Register365. The call was answered very quickly by Kyle who explained the problem and how he would attempt to resolve it. He was both friendly and informative.
