Tech support responded quickly to my issue, and worked with me to solve it ASAP. Not all hosts have a response time like this, so I appreciate the service and assistance.

I am the most untechnical person in the world, so the idea of fixing IT issues brings me out in a cold sweat. On this occasion, I needed help with two websites, so the panic was real! Despite it being Sunday evening, George, Ricky, and Ivan were available immediately and were incredibly patient in helping to resolve my problems. What could have left me curled up in floods of tears ended up feeling like a good experience because they talked me through the process step-by-step. Could not be more grateful.

Having recently moved our hosting over to Guru, the experience was excellent. The support team were very responsive and made the transition very smooth.

Following a referral from my web developer I switched to Guru for my hosting needs. I recently needed their assistance with an SSL issue and despite being relatively early on a Saturday morning, they took my call straight away, raised a ticked and resolved the issue in minutes. Excellent service and great that it is so easy to speak to someone who can help.

My website was attacked severely and was totally disabled. Contacted guru support, Andrius was very helpful. He asked me to restore the website to an earlier date which I failed miserably due to my lack of technicality therefore he did it and my website was up and running within a matter of couple of hours thank you very much for the great support. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Resolved my issue and told me exactly what caused this.

I have been with Guru hosting for a few years now and they are the best. Customer service is excellent 👌 the team are extremely knowledgeable and so helpful with any issues that may occur regarding hosting and solutions. This wasn’t.

My website was hacked.

Not “a bit broken.”
Not “needs a plugin update.”
I mean compromised… unstable… and losing ground by the minute.

That’s when the team at Guru stepped in.

First night: 6pm to 1am.
Seven straight hours.

Andrious didn’t just “look into it.”
He got his hands dirty.

When the database refused to restore…
Most people would hit a wall.

He didn’t.

He built a new one manually.

Piece by piece. No shortcuts. No excuses.

That alone would’ve been enough to impress me.

But the story gets better.

Next morning, I traced the root problem to a DNS hijack in Cloudflare.

So I went back to Guru.

This time, David picked it up.

Within minutes—literally minutes—he spotted a configuration issue that pointed straight to the backdoor the hacker had left behind.

Let that sink in.

While most support teams are still asking you to “clear your cache”…
David was already inside the problem… fixing it.

He didn’t stop at diagnosis.

He restored the database again.
Edited the necessary files.
Closed the door behind the hacker.

Fast.

Precise.

Done.

When your site is down, every second costs you.

Revenue. Rankings. Reputation.

In moments like that, you find out what your hosting support is really worth.

And I’ll say this plainly:

I noticed a problem with the contact page of both of our web siteson Wednesday afternoon 22nd April 2026
My attempts at fixing this problem did not work.
I contacted GURU Support and spoke to Chris who sent me an email with suggestions on fixing the problem.
Sadly I had only partial success with these instruction.
I again contacted GURU support on Thursday afternoon and spoke with David. Together with Lee they worked on both sites and found the problem and provided a fix.
I cannot thank them enough for thework done.
