In the past week I had a problem (one of my own making I should add) with FileZila, my website's editing tool. I contacted the support team at Maxer, marking my request as 'low priority'. Within hours one of its support team (Joyce) solved my problem for me. I cannot overstate my admiration for Maxer and its support staff.

Excellent service from Maxer Hosting. We had a difficult issue with our Laravel application where some JavaScript files were being automatically removed by the server security system, causing parts of the application to stop working.
The Maxer support team investigated the problem, identified the cause and put the necessary exclusion in place. Everything is now working perfectly.
Very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful support. It’s reassuring to know there is a team available who will properly investigate technical hosting issues and get them resolved. I recently had to use another Hosting company to help out a business. I was shocked by the delays in their response and the paucity of their support messages. I am spoiled by Maxer. They are outstanding. Replies come in hours, sometimes minutes, not days. Their support is thoughtful, helpful and comprehensive; you don't need follow up questions or to clarify. They really are the best IT support I have experienced.

I quite simply cannot praise Joyce in Maxer tech support enough for her assistance in getting my website back online. I was switching from another host with the guidance of AI; but I had run into a wall, with older versions of my website clouding the picture as I tried to migrate my webite to Maxer hosting.

Joyce - via whatsapp - came to my assistance, after proactively reaching out, unlike my old hosting company. This (poor customer service/response times) was a factor in my initial decision to move host. Plus the much superior value for money proposition from Maxer - notably including auto SSL as part of standard hosting fees and not charging €200 for that alone unlike some other well known hosting companies. In a little over an hour, what I had feared was quick looking like a week of downtime (at this stage my website was offline 3 days) a business critical issue was resolved thanks to Joyce.

I am actively generating leads each day on my facebook and driving them to my website. With my website being down my business was facing serious interruption as links and resources for clients could not be displayed. Joyce resolved that aggravating headache - and this was on a Saturday morning too which I was not expecting.

I am not someone who is on to tech support often either - I just needed help getting started and over this initial hurdle. Maxer have now secured a long term client and I wholeheartedly endorse them if you are looking for a competent web hosting service and support. You will not regret it.
