Appalling Customer Service - Still Waiting on a Refund

Ordered a printer and ink on August 5th. The ink arrived, but the printer never did. When I flagged this, their customer service sent me a DPD "proof of delivery" photo showing a tiny package held in one hand (not a printer) outside a house that wasn't mine.

Since then, I have been passed around to 5 different customer service agents (Chris, Anne, Craig, Jesica, and Perrin). Three different people told me they were "contacting DPD" over the course of a week and a half with zero follow-up. Yesterday, they finally guaranteed me a resolution or a refund by 1:00 PM today. They missed their own deadline and completely ghosted me. I am now forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this company.

I was looking for button/pill batteries without much success and tried 123ink and placed an order.
Then I got an email letting me know there was a delay and I had options. I decided to go with the flow - 6 tiny batteries with no urgency.
But 123ink treated it like a major purchase. Personal emails (with a name!) keeping me apprised all the way.

Great service - my order was not all in stock and I was emailed to let me know and to give me the option of delaying my order until it was all in stock. I delayed my order and it arrived on the agreed date. A nice little touch was of the free pens and note pad added to my order which was appreciated!! Will definitely use 123ink.ie again.
