Really helpful when I contacted with a question & went above and beyond normal customer service

My replacement fitbit4 has suffered the same issues. I’m not sure if they just fobbed me off with a refurbished as a replacement but it’s had the same issues being battery draining quickly then eventually a blank screen & unable to reboot etc. was told on 5.1.26 I was being referred to a team who could help & they would contact within 24-48hrs. Have heard absolutely nothing despite emailing back to the original support numerous times requesting an update. Both watches were either less than a year or as the replacement which lasted just over a year. Awful service experience & it seems the product does not give reasonable service either

I had to phone due to a problem with your website at the time. The lady was very helpful and apologetic on behalf of the company. I left it a few hours and then managed to place the order.

Delivery on time & driver very efficient

UPS driver was so helpful and gave me some very useful advice as to how i should pack my laptop. Very nice person to deal with!

Had a product fault issue with the first delivery ( hence only 4 stars) however they managed to get a replacement to me in time for an event. Post office took a week to return under a 48hr tracking so well done to the Blush team for resolving

Dominique dealt with my enquiry about a pair of walking boots that had developed a fault very efficiently and within a short timeframe. Excellent customer service which is hard to come by nowadays

very helpful but shame that it cost nearly £6 for phone call!
