This was such a great buy and looks great on my couch. There was a problem with delivery but that was the couriers fault. Talked to Liam in customer services and he was amazing. Replied to me the same day and sent another one out to me using a different service. Really helpful and friendly. I have used Bow and Snow twice now. The first time I had cushion covers which were lovely, delivered to Spain. This time with a throw which has now arrived and is beautiful. I now know to be prepared for around a two week delivery time, but any concerns I had while tracking were quickly dealt with by Cherrie on customer support. All in all a good buying experience.

The throw was delivered swiftly and with care. It is absolutely beautiful and I've had various friends ask for details so that they can buy one too. It looks amazing draped over my sofa and goes well with some similar-coloured cushions, the chair next to it and a piece of art on the wall behind. I love it! Thank you.

Lovely throw, exactly as it looked in the website pictures. Nice quality, and a gorgeous design. Would have given 5 stars but delivery was quite slow and the tracking info was very vague.
