I had an extremely positive experience with the CPG brand. I really liked the style of the clothes, so I decided to try ordering a pair of their shorts. It was a perfect match in terms of fit and quality, and I got exactly what I expected, nicely packaged as well.

After the successful purchase, I also got to chat with the founder on Instagram because I had some questions about a pair of jeans I was interested in. He was extremely friendly and kindly offered to send me photos and a video showing the measurements and how the jeans fit.

I ordered the jeans yesterday, and they’re already on their way to my home country. I’m really looking forward to receiving them!

Strong recommendation for the brand.

Update: Return-Label arrived in the meantime. Brand-owner has been in vacation, which caused the delay. All good, rating improved.

Delivery of the ordered items was great and the trousers arrived within 3 days. Great design, but unfortunately the pieces don‘t fit as expected. The return-process is not so good so far. I‘ve sent already my second reminder for a return-label after my initial request wasn‘t answered. Although I always want to support small businesses I‘m not really happy overall so far. Hope I‘ll receive the label soon and will receive my credit consequently. So far not a recommendation, but happy to update my reviews after everything worked out properly.

Placed two orders a while ago, both packages seemed to have got lost. Getting contact was difficult initially but my issue was resolved after a while. I've since had contact with the owner about the issues and my items have been shipped and received. Quality of items are great and I'm happily wearing them.

Very unprofessional company. You’re required to request returns by email, but they just don’t respond.
Almost all items are permanently “on sale,” while they use that as an excuse to refuse returns. This looks like an attempt to bypass consumer protection laws (right of withdrawal).
Would definitely not recommend.

Unfortunately buying at CPG-STUDIO DE was a very disappointing experience. I tried to contact them multiple times by email but received no response. The lack of communication feels very disrespectful towards the customer and as a result, exchanging or returning items is also impossible. Please consider this a warning.
