I'm a member of HSF Health Plan since…

I'm a member of HSF Health Plan since 1999. Health costs now are so expensive that contributing to HSF is essential. They deal with claims immediately and you can check your balances to see how much you have left for the current year. I wouldn't be without it.

I have a yearly subscription with…

I have a yearly subscription with Magazines Direct for Country Life magazine. I have not received an issue since 8th October. I've emailed with my query but so far have not received a response. This problem with delivery has happened before, and to be fair to Magazines Direct, once I rang them it was sorted. I would ask them, please respond to my email. And by the way, its not the fault of our postal service here in Ireland, ive checked with them.

Review of Fastway Couriers

Missing parcel

Yesterday I was advised that Fastway would deliver a packet to me, it never arrived. Today I was advised that the parcel was delivered at 9.40 am today, it's not at my address. I've made huge efforts to contact the company, eventually sent my concerns to an email address and received an automated reply. Needless to say I'm not happy with Fastway. I contacted the supplier of the goods, thanks to their intervention I received the parcel later today. Fastway made no attempt to contact me to explain or apologise.
This is not the way to conduct business, as any company should know

DPD delivered my packet within the time frame stated, and I would have expected nothing different as they are the most efficient company of couriers I have had the pleasure of using.

My item was missorted to the wrong…

My item was missorted to the wrong depot and subsequently delayed by a day. Also never received a text in advance of delivery, this would ensure the recipient was at home and the item would be delivered. This is always the method used by DPD and An Post
