Following a pot hole puncture on my vehicle, I limped into Derby square at 4.30pm hoping to get a repair or new tyre. The repair was not possible as the tyre was ripped so New was required. Even though I could see his chaps were very busy, Simon (assistant manager, I believe) tried a number of local tyre retailers with no joy. As I was a visitor to the Island travelling home the following morning. I needed to get mobile to make my ferry. At this stage one of the fitters (name unfortunately unknown) disappeared and returned as if by magic with a tyre to fit. Big sigh of relief from me, tyre fitted pronto, and I was on my way to Ramsey.
Excellent service not seen so often seen these days.

All done on line, an easy system to follow makes life a lot more pleasant.

Mr East had the items I required in stock, but there were hiccups in the system stopping me from placing an order. They knew about the problem, and quickly resolved it so I was able to place my order. They kept me constantly updated on the state of play as my order progressed. The items appeared in our building on the day promised. I was happy, so was my customer.

Following a customer request, I found this supplier on the internet who seemed to have everything thing we required, both stock and competitive pricing. I could even offer options and give our customer the chance to make his own decisions.

I wanted annual cover including cruise, but had a couple of question’s to ensure I had the correct cover before completing.
