Old codger prefers phone booking

What made the experience for me was to be able to talk on phone face to face with Jade and look at all options..I felt safe. I came off the phone very satisfied

Honestly the worse service I have had…

Honestly the worse service I have had from any company..my phone developed a fault after 4 days..sent it back and after 5 weeks I am still waiting for it to be confirmed that it is even fit for return..this is after a whole litany of errors and mistakes by them..and complaints do not help..they totally ignore them..nice staff tho..feel sorry for them. I would suggest you do not use this company.

Totally useless customer service..spent…

Totally useless customer service..spent too long trying to contact them and they still havent replied..on the flipside they delivered phone on time.
Ps..they said the contacted me but I have no text email or phone evidence..if you are looking why not send me an email affordables
