A very positive experience with ARK Computer Repair. My five year old mini format computer had stopped loading when starting. Opening up the case I could not find the possible culprit the CMOS battery, which clearly was obscured by the motherboard. ARK installed a new motherboard and CMOS battery

Attention to detail, communication, skills, tidiness and workmanship were top notch. We had a complex project, which required removal of existing laminate flooring, trim and skirting boards, repair and adjustment of flooring structure including lifting floorboards and adjusting sub-floor. Entire ground floor was then leveled and boarded up, underlay glued down, and herringbone solid floor laid continuously from front to rear, new skirting boards added and subfloor prep for a new kitchen also included in the project.

Came out within 24 hours and rectified my problem within an hour. The female engineer was extremely knowledgable and obliging. Would highly recommend this company without hesitation

Contacted Ben about a patio door that we were having difficulty locking. He gave a quote over the phone and came out same day and resolved the issue. He did such a good job, we asked him to also look at a window that wasn't closing flush to the frame, which was also fixed there and then. Price was very reasonable for such fast and efficient service.

Craig, has done a couple of jobs for me over the last few months. I found him very professional in his approach to each job. He is reliable and will always fit a job in at the earliest possible date. He gives good advice and always looks for the best solution to each job.
