Professional - top of class in their industry

After purchasing some items via Fitshop, two of my parcels got lost via DPD, but after delegating with Sophia, she dealt with the issue at hand, kept me updated throughout the investigation process and offered to re-send the items originally lost for free.

Not alot of companies would do this, and with Sophia's care and genorisity, handled the situation with care, and am very grateful. Now that i've received my full order I highly recommend Fitshop to anyone who wants a straight-forward, professional and loyal place to buy your weights etc at. As for the items themselves they're of high quality and great for the price. 10/10 would recommend.
