Scammers not to be trusted. Customer of over 15 years yet ignored and told no. I will now be seeking compensation
Chris working in the Taunton branch made our visit to their store a great experience, he knew his products and found exactly what we wanted. Keep up the excellent work, cheers
Twice I've been away this year to Spain and I've not been able to use my Internet at all. It might be somthing I've not set up on my phone and there isn't any clear instructions on what it is that I need to change for it to work.
What went wrong! as soon as you call customer service it went wrong I've phoned them numerous times and been on the phone for what seems days all to try a d keep a phone number and they can't even get that right absolutely useless but I want the number so I will have to try again I'm dreading the though of it
Seen quickly, everything was explained to me and very friendly and professional
The staff were very welcoming and patient with me as I am a 65 year-old dinosaur when it comes to technology in particular the manager (MT) & his assistant (VAISH) were very helpful and supportive resolving my problem with getting me back on my network.
Again, Stuart smashed it 💪🏻
Thanks for all your repeated help
Seb was patient and professional dealing with me and helped me transferring my data from my old phone to the new .
Amazing service !
Thank you !
PK connected my watch after a few connection challenges. He persevered to resolve the issue.
Went in to get a pricing for a new phone, and was met with the friendly face of Travis. from the moment we sat down he was nothing but helpful, we had a very personal experience, and was more than happy to explain anything we didn’t have knowledge of. All in all 10/10 experience, Thanks Travis.
Absolute joke of a company I got scammed of over £500 from my account taken by o2 ongoing for 8 months with no sign of getting it back try going ofcom next also charging disconnection fee although I hadn't asked to be disconnected yet
Nothing else to say just well satisfied
Rob, who usually works at O2 Wilmslow and was covering in Macclesfield today, sorted out a difficult and annoying scam-looking attackmon my mob phone. He was able to solve the problem quickly abd returned my phone to it's normal function. Absolutely brilliant - nice guy too. Can't thank him enough
I have been an O2 customer on a rolling plan, but for months now, I have been unable to update my payment details despite trying three different bank cards. I have attempted this repeatedly through both the O2 app and the website and getting same error every single time. I have even confirmed with my bank that all cards are working perfectly, so the fault is clearly on O2's end.
I have called customer service at least five times, and each time I was promised a resolution that never came. I also visited an O2 store in person, and even the staff there could not reset or fix the issue. To make matters worse, I tried to submit a formal complaint through online complaint form and that gave me an error too. So even their complaints process is broken.
Because of this ongoing failure, I have been forced to manually top up £10 each time, only for the credit to vanish within a day completely defeating the purpose of having a rolling plan. As a "gesture," i was credited £10 to my account, but that does nothing to fix the actual problem and does not make up for the endless hassle, wasted time, and frustration. Finally decided to switched to another network.
This is absolutely pathetic!
Avoid O2 if you value your money and time.
The professionalism and knowledge of the staff is very important as to help us customers to understand the importance and benefits that are on offer
I love travelling abroad with o2 it’s the only time I ever get 5g absolutely everywhere I go this could be France Spain Mexico Greece I’m pretty sure I’d probably even get it if I was to visit Ukraine unlike England where I never have 5g and when I do it doesn’t work and when I have 4g I’m better off having 1996 dial up connection absolutely useless company over priced rubbish
Ppeople in shop so pleasant and had good assasiant rather go there than on phone or on line
In reply to your email sent 6 September 2026, I ask you to note the following:
On 1 September 2026 you sent me an email offering to waive the early termination fee under the same complaint
On 6 September 2026 you sent another email recanting your offer to waiver the early termination fee
I contacted Steve a customer service advisor because I tried to get a PAC code but couldn’t using SMS
Steve said I could have the PAC code and he said I need to pay the early termination fee
I requested a SAR of the call to which he contacted his line manager Violetta who gave him an email address for me to do this myself
I had to terminate the call as talking with Steve gave me a migraine which happens with Spasmodic Dysphonia
Another service provider has offered me a contract with them commencing 6 September 2026. You advised me in your email sent 1 September to reply to this email within 28 days, requesting a PAC code to terminate the current contract with O2.
I replied 3 September 2026. And I requested the PAC code 6 September only later to read your recantation.
As you sent this email 1 September, I was free to begin another contract on your advise but I may now incur charges from the other service provider as you have taken back your promise
