Went in for a shower hose, wasn't exactly sure what model I needed. Took in old one, and assistant opened the box of a new one to check it was exactly the same as mine, it was. I did not ask for the box to be opened they just did it. Very happy.

Overall good. Issue I had was that I had made a buildings claim on a previous property in the last 5 years. Then the prospective insurer made a conditional offer, and wanted to know if all has been corrected, surveys etc., but this has no relevance to the new property I am trying to insure. I spoke with the prospective insurer and they agreed, and we made a deal. I wonder how many other insurers had overpriced or not offered. In the insurance quotes I received through Compare the Market only one quote was good most were double or more.

Easy to order Fridge Freezer, delivery date selected ok, offered earlier delivery and took that, received a pre delivery call to check through order, received a call from team before arrival and delivery team were great, the packaging was damaged, and photo by them and us made, but fortunately the appliance inside ok.
The only negative I have was the quality of Beko Fridge Freezer, and I would have never noticed but for needing to reverse the doors, what a pain that was. All ok for the top and middle hinges, but the bottom one was difficult due to expanded polystyrene being everywhere - in bolt holes and on the surface for mounting the hinge, what should have been a 20 minute job, took over an hour.
So many tools too, when you would expect just a screwdriver, fortunately I had a 9mm spanner - for bottom hinge;
torx wrench - could have use a flat screw driver but better fit;
posi-drive screwdriver;
thin bladed screwdriver to lift trim covers;
stanley knife, and an M6 tap - to clear polystyrene.
From memory I think the cost to reverse the doors was about £120, that blew my mind when I saw it but I now understand why.
