Using theatre tokens meant that I had to phone rather than book on-line. Waiting time stated 10 mins but didn’t have to wait that long. A charming lady, Oluwasikemi, booked my tickets and was very helpful in dealing with my 10 separate theatre tokens. She was so patient as she waited whilst my husband and I scratched each token to reveal the PIN numbers! Excellent service and easy to use if you can’t book online tickets.

I installed rads, (diy) fairly difficult but good video on line, by difficult I mean the bracket alignment needs to be very accurate which is not as easy as it sounds.

Bought a Stuart Turner pump for improved gravity hot water to kitchen sink, delivered in record time from Anchor pumps and well priced. Pump very easy to install by competent diy and has solved the problem of restricted flow from modern taps which are not ideal for gravity fed systems, cold water is mains supply and not a problem.

Meet and greet - really efficient service. So quick to park car and drop off keys, no waiting and straight into airport terminal. Collection of keys was just as efficient but we failed to understand the instructions on how to find car which meant we were dragging cases around in the dark while we searched. The car was not parked far from reception but we couldn't see the car park signs. Overall, I would recommend this very slick service but just make sure that if you return on the dark that you understand the instructions given at the reception.
