I had made a mistake so contacted by email within hours of my order being sent, all corrected with no fuss. Communication, the quality of the picture which was all proffesionally rolled in tissue and in a tube, was quickly delivered by tracked post , faultless ! Absolutely Excellent. Needless to say the gift when given was just perfect.
I will definetly use them again its a beautiful gift to give.

I had to Email customer service as my prepaid delivery disappeared with my old account I didn't realise Boohoo have took over DP and I needed to renew my details it was a bit of an effort but fair play sent me a £10 gift voucher to buy my free prepaid delivery which really was above and beyond. Love Made.Com ... I have ordered lighting and a mirror great quality, fabulous value. I have on order a dining table smoked glasss and brass. A Possible negative to some.... the round large mirror iI ordered took 4 months to be dispatched, but I knew when I ordered it, the time line on it. Normally delivery averages 6 weeks, I tend to plan ahead and know what I want therefore I'm prepared to wait.
