Very Good overall service , I have been using them for several years . There have been a few minor issues in the past couple of years ( Overloaded Workers ? ) but they have always been resolved to my satisfaction . I notice that some people have complained of the cost but any form of air transport is costly !

I ordered some brake parts through SparesBox Auto via E-Bay . They had the best price by far from any other sellers . I was promptly informed that the manufacture was out of stock and that there would be a delay in delivery ( It is a quite old car ) . The parts were then delivered very quickly ( once available ) and a week earlier then the original stated delivery window . Outstanding prices and service , Very Happy , Thank You .

I ordered some Gates brand seal sets for a Ford C2 power steering pump as they were no longer available from the dealership in Australia . I assumed that these would take the usual 4-6 weeks to get here from the USA so I also ordered some from an E-Bay supplier in Sydney . As I live 600KM North from Sydney I expected them to be here in a week or so ( they were ) . The RockAuto parts not only got here faster then the local delivery ( Amazing ) but did so at a cheaper price including delivery and taxes then just the parts from the E-Bay derived local supplier . A truly outstanding job from RockAuto !

Great prices , good shipping cost and delivered in quick time , BUT 1 major item missing with no explanation . I had too chase up as too what had happened as it turned out this particular tool set was no longer available . I should have been informed of this before the whole package was shipped . I was refunded promptly for the missing tool set !

Excellent price , arrived very quickly , quality products , only thing that could have been improved was the packing which should have had a little bit of padding around it ( even just wrapped in a bit of newspaper ) , fortunately the contents were some very rugged items and undamaged but the package arrived very battered with the bag torn in many places, not the sellers fault but anticipation of the rough nature of some of those postal workers would have been a wise move !
