Is a pleasure doing business with this company

The special order Item was despatched in the promised time frame. My expectation was fulfilled.

Easy to order. Exactly what ordered. Arrived quickly.

Payment made but order not processed.
Sent email inquiry but heard no response.
Called help desk eventually and had been told that it had not been processed.
Took another week before finally received the goods - overall 4 weeks for something marketed as in stock and ready to go...

Can’t complain about the service

Quick dispatch, it came from WA to Sydney in a reasonable time, toolmart kept me posted. Reason for me choosing them was the price the rest was a bonus to be honest!

Would I choose them again? Well that totally depends on the price when purchasing my next item.

Would I recommend them? If the price is right! Sure why not..

I ordered two Gyprock saws and have been waiting over a month for them. Could have walked to the other side of Australia and picked them up myself.

Pricing was great and delivery was good too.

Got a headtorch and it’s broken within a week all I did was sit in a tool bag used a couple times now it doesn’t turn on after being charging for hours

Makita reciprocal demolition saw JR002GZ kit with 2 batteries, saw and charger and case! Best buy I’ve done in a while….i was stuck on ryobi but when it stopped working i thought no! Stop waisting money buying cheapy stuff spend more and get a good one! This is an awesome grunty monster beast! This doesnt fail…i was amazed on performance and you can put any blades in it (all universal) dont need no pressure just let it do its job with minimal Pressure…… cuts through with ease… used it on trees big branches put it on 5 medium on 3 and little twigs on 1 or 2… i am so happy with my purchase! Toolmart belmont thankyou couple days late but worth it! And cause of delay (3days) i got a free headlight thankyou so much will definitely promote ordering from toolmart! Western Australia …

I definitely recommend to everyone and plus the price is cheaper than local stores….normal price or in promotional I saved $161 dollars Including $18 delivery! than local stores in victoria! (Local price $1129.00)

The guys at the Belmont store were awesome but the guy at the Joondalup store where I picked up the goods was rude arrogant and not particularly helpful

Do not list delivery address as a Post Box.

Not great communication around delayed delivery.
