Had an issue with a flight cancellation. AirHelp did a great job and, most importantly, I didn't have to make any efforts. You only need to be patient as times for resolution vary depending on Air Transportation companies. But once they guarantee that you are entitled to compensation, it's done.
These guys know what they are doing.
