Really poor customer service. I returned a swim jacket on 11/12/25. A Post tracking reported delivering it on 15/12/25.
I have emailed looking for confirmation that they received the package and have yet to receive a reply. I’m still waiting on my refund. Very bad service, would not recommend

I have sold 3 items via Vinted and have found the experience extremely stressful. There is no protection for the seller. Vinted was not able to track my parcels through A Post and threatened to cancel my transactions meaning the buyer would get my items but I would not get paid. They are difficult to communicate with and to get help from. I was so excited to have Vinted available in Ireland but it has proved more trouble than it is worth. You’re better off with done deal or something like that!

10 days for order to dispatch and now it has been delivered somewhere else.

Great products available but the delivery time from order to arrival is extremely long. Unfortunately as a result I would not be inclined to shop here again, when there are many other great health shops with faster delivery available.

Don't buy online from Longchamp. I ordered a bag on the 3/12/2023, it still has not arrived (17/4/2024).
Their customer service is the most appalling I have ever had to deal with.
UPS the delivery company they used, delivered my parcel to an incorrect address and neither companies, Longchamp or UPS have taken responsibility for the lost purchase.
Longchamp told me they had received a "return" and would reimburse me, I'm still waiting for said reimbursement.
Only buy Longchamp from physical shops is my advice!

If I could give minus 10 I would. Absolutely shocking service. Delivered my parcel to Drogheda rather than Dublin. Only thanks to the kind person to whom it was delivered for contacting me, I’m hopefully getting my parcel back.
Serious breach of GDPR, all my personal information being delivered to someone else.
Have been an absolute nightmare to deal with and absolutely no help at all to get my parcel back.
Avoid UPS at all costs.

Really quick same delivery, so happy with this purchase, I was sent a little video of the order once it was ready to go which was a lovely touch!
The flowers are stunning, I ordered a standard bunch and they were huge! Also so handy that I could order chocolates. Will definitely buy flowers from mimosa flowers again!

Register365 are the absolute worst. The system is really difficult to use, there is no support. I can't seem to upgrade my email for more storage. They have been so unhelpful when I looked for help. I have zero IT knowledge/skills and was recommended by a friend to use this hosting site. This was the absolute worst decision ever and I wish I could move my domain and email from them, but I can only imagine doing this would be even more difficult. Take home message...... DO NOT USE REGISTER365!

Had such a good experience ordering from Christie’s Direct. Got such good help on their online chat support and then over the phone from the lovely helpful Amber and my delivery arrived really quickly. I will definitely be shopping with Christie’s again!
