we bought a great swivel chair from the Granada showrooms on the 8th January and were told that it HAS to be delivered.....which is fine....they said latest 21st January....nothing happened so I emailed and told that it would arrive the next day, nothing arrived so I chased again and it finally arrived this morning and we love it....
Therefore, we love the furniture at Sanchez and have bought many items but delivery is rubbish !

From the moment I found the emails address everything went very well....if I have one criticism it would be trying to contact the company.....I do not speak Spanish....but once we were connected by email they asked the right questions and set a date for an engineer to call....which he did today on time and was incredibly helpful....

we have used TMS previously therefore when our daughter decided to move to Spain from London I made contact with Christian at TMS whom was incredibly helpful and was always calm and helped us all feel calm !
the pick up was on time and very efficient and the delivery to Nerja in southern Spain took place yesterday with efficiency and speed......we would recommend TMS and especially Christian to anyone thinking of moving.....many thanks to all at TMS

the chaps have just left our house here in Spain after delivering the furniture and boxes collected from a Safestore in London......everything went incredibly smoothly and nothing was too much trouble....I am very impressed with the service provided by all concerned and in particular Christian from Total Moving Solutions..... I would thoroughly recommend using these services again......the nightmare that we thought may happen, did not in fact the whole experience was a pleasure.....well done to you all..

When I booked the flights I thought that the deal was ok ...but when I tried to contact anyone to ask about seats I could not ….it was incredibly frustrating......I tried several times and in the end gave up...vowing to never use Last Minute ever again...

From the moment we entered the store in Clapham we felt welcomed and treated well.....on the day of the move everything went very smoothly albeit we had a complicated movement of furniture...I would thoroughly recommend the Clapham store
