Almost nobody speaks english. I have been told that this morning a technician will come and nobody showed. Yet I have received this email to provide you with a feedback? Feedback on what? Very frustrating experience. Not to mention that you obviously wanted to send the email to somebody else or mixed my name with somebody else (Janusz Gniazdowski)

Very bad service
Very bad service - we have been waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment for technical help and he didn’t even bother to find a solution or help us to fix the air conditioner. Just one sentence that it’s broken and left after 5 minutes & charged us 70€ for this . Really really bad customer service

The engineer came 2 hours late
The engineer came 2 hours late. It was his first time and did not know how it worked. They always send someone different who has to spend much longer trying to understand the set up, instead of one that has been before and knows.
