Location LLe De Re near Lar Rochelle.
Lovely clean roomy house and an ideal holiday home for a large group. There were 14 adults and this house was able to cater easily with the big group.
The location was fantastic and loads of restaurants etc.
All the bedrooms had en suite which was great.

The shop assistants were so helpful.
It was a nice experience so I bought 2 pairs of shoes.

The company gives service as you would expect unlike many other companies in the same or similer business. I have dealt with most service suppliers and there are a lot of very poor responses to queries. Bord Gais gives an excellent response service.

The assistant was very nice and friendly and very helpful. She seemed interested in my requirements and did all she could to help me choose.
The shop was bright and cheerful and it was nice to be attended to in a very mannerly way.
I picked my shoes and paid and i had no hassle at all.

I purchased a pair of runners this week and the lady who looked after me could not have been more friendly or helpful. I normally take a while to choose my shoes but the assistant was very patient and I was made to feel there was no rush whatsoever.
I will be back to make more purchases in this shop.
It is nice to get pleasant help for a change.

I was called the previous day of the service so I was prepared. The engineer was due at 9am and was bang on time. He was very friendly , polite and courteous.
The service was done in no time and I signed off the work done and that was that.
No hassle and my alarm is back in action.
I was very appreciateive with the whole experience.

The lady looking after us was very pleasant and attentive and it would encourage me to return to shop there again.

I updated my energy deal with one big switch as they offered me more discount than the same supplier I am on contract with. When my contract was up I saw no option other than to go through One Big Switch.

I used the site to order a spare part for my Hoover. It was delivered promptly and without any confusion about the spec of the actual spare part.
I fitted the part and the hoover is as good as new.

I could not speak to the relevant department.
Everything pointed to 'Online' and I am very computer literate
but this business you need to talk to the insurer to get things correct.
I did not renew my insurance as the company just annoyed me
every time I had a query.
My experience with this company was simply 'Bad'
I must add I got a much better policy and cheaper from an alternate
Insurance broker. I informed the company about this and you did not care. Not in the least concerned.
