It's a pity you can't leave no stars, as absolute shambles of a company, ordered a dress, stitches were not finished correctly, had to ask for refund, but they partial and instructed me to take it to a tailor to have it repaired, opened a claim with PayPal for a full refund, but still have to pay return shipping to China

Absolutely horrific parcel delivery company, parcel Ireland to UK, over a month and still no sign of parcel, I would avoid, support are terrible to deal with too, zero thoughts for actual customers. Avoid if possible

TNT is the world's worst shipping company , avoid unless you want to be left waiting , there tracking system does not work reliable at all, and customer support is a joke too.
