Missydress 

Ordered a prom dress assuming company was in Ireland, received dress which the bodice was 6-7 inches too small. Ordered a few weeks ago as prom night is this Friday 30/6/2023. When I contacted them they asked for pictures of dress being tried on, no way was I sending them pictures of her almost too less trying to get into the bodice. They then offered me a 10% refund and said to take it to a dressmaker for alterations. How ridiculous. I paid by PayPal have now put it in their hands, I have sent all email communication and pictures of dress sizing to them. I assumed this company was in Ireland as Irish web address, it wasn’t until I made transaction that I seen payment was taken in dollars. I asked them via email where they were based but got no reply. We are currently rushing around to find another dress. So stressful. We received dress Friday 23/6/2023 and I emailed them within the hour to inform them it didn’t fit. My advise be extra careful when ordering online check for any reviews etc before you decide to order. I usually do but have been so busy I failed to do so this time round.

AVOID!! The material is sub-standard and smells awful. They will imply that they're tailor made but items are mass produced. Costs a fortune to send back only for the company to advise that they have refunded, when they haven't. They will try to offer a small refund and their websites claim that you're not entitled to a refund when by law, you are. Still no refund from them. Terrible, terrible experience and no refund 6 weeks on.

Not as advertised. They advertise made to order dresses and despite providing top to toe measurements the dress arrived 2 sizes too big. When I tried to get a resolution I was told they just pick a size close to your measurements and I should take it to a seamstress for alteration. The alteration will cost more than the dress. I'm now out the cost of the dress, 30e shipping and 20e import tax and now the cost of alteration.The return address is in China so it would cost a fortune to return it. So frustrating.My advice would be to avoid them because you won't get any resolution should you have any problems.

to be honest I was terrified if it was dodgy as I read the reviews here and worried myself over nothing. The dress I ordered came perfectly intact, does need to be taken in a small bit but I am a very petite and small wasted person. very happy with it 💗

Still haven't received my order .my engagement in two days.tried to get in contact with missy dress and there just ignoring me

It's a pity you can't leave no stars, as absolute shambles of a company, ordered a dress, stitches were not finished correctly, had to ask for refund, but they partial and instructed me to take it to a tailor to have it repaired, opened a claim with PayPal for a full refund, but still have to pay return shipping to China

I ordered two bridesmaids dresses for my wedding party and they are amazing. I'm so happy I didn't take any notice of the reviews this company got. Dresses came on time and looked amazing. When my girls tried them on the fit was perfect. Dress material is fantastic. Well done and thanks to all at missydress.ie.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Ordered a dress for my daughter. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered and was poorly made, crooked seams, creased, wrong colour etc. I complained by email and EVENTUALLY they said return dress for full refund. I returned dress, cost me €30 and never received refund. Lots of excuses and cop outs. BOTTOM LINE....do not expect the product you order. They are clever, they use an ',ie' website but the dress comes from China. Should be barred from advertising altogether. A TOTAL SCAM.
I am taking legal action as they cannot get away with this type of scam.

Worth a try. I like the debs dresses they offer.
