Review of Mobilize Fs

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

DONT TRUST THEM

I’ve been leasing cars for over 20 years, and Mobilize is by far the worst lease company I’ve ever dealt with.

Agreement number: 2700035903.000

Over multiple months, Mobilize failed to take agreed payments from my account despite sufficient funds being available. Instead of taking accountability for their own errors, they marked payments as unpaid and negatively affected my credit file. I am still dealing with issues where one payment was never taken, while a later payment was collected instead, with no proper explanation ever provided.

Trying to contact them is a nightmare. I’ve spent 45 minutes to over an hour on hold on multiple occasions just trying to speak to someone. When you finally get through, they simply tell you that the department dealing with the issue “doesn’t take incoming calls” and that you have to email instead. The problem is, I HAVE emailed repeatedly, and those emails have either been ignored or responded to with generic automated replies saying somebody will contact me. Months later, nobody ever has.

I was even told specifically that a member of their complaints team would be getting back to me regarding my open complaint. That never happened. Instead of resolving the complaint, acknowledging their mistakes, or addressing the impact their errors have had on my credit rating and finances, they simply sent me a settlement figure to terminate the lease early at full cost, as though none of the problems they caused mattered.

To make matters worse, they also paid a congestion charge fine on my behalf without consulting me. I wasn’t afforded the chance to contest it. I later found out it was issued in error—so I didn’t even owe the fine. If I’d been able to contest it, I wouldn’t have had to pay. But they paid it automatically and took the money straight from my account without my permission. After weeks of chasing and arguing with them, they eventually refunded the money, but only after a long and frustrating process.

The car itself has been fine. The problem is the company behind it. Their customer service is appalling, communication is almost non-existent, complaints go unresolved for months, and when THEY make mistakes, the customer is the one who suffers financially and through damage to their credit profile.

If you’re considering leasing a car through Mobilize, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. I genuinely wish I had.

Review of David Lloyd Clubs

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Disappointing customer service

Today I visited David Lloyd Raynes Park as I was already in the area and it was much closer than my home club in Hampton.

As a Platinum member paying a significant monthly fee, I genuinely assumed I would be able to use other David Lloyd clubs. If that assumption is wrong, that’s fair enough, but there is no clear information in the app explaining which clubs you can and cannot access. I did check beforehand and could not find anything obvious.

When I arrived, I didn’t try to sneak in or scan straight through. I approached the reception desk and asked a member of staff if I could use the club as a Platinum member from Hampton. She wasn’t sure and advised me to try scanning through the turnstiles. It didn’t work.

She then checked the system and explained that Hampton is a tier two club and Raynes Park is a superior tier. I was told the nearest club I could use was Epsom, which is around 10–12 miles away.

I explained that I was more than happy to upgrade my membership there and then. I was told it would only be around £15 more per month, which I was completely fine with. However, I was then told this could not be done and that upgrades must be handled at my home club due to “policy” around not poaching members.

That made no sense to me. David Lloyd is not a franchise model. It’s one company. How can you poach members from yourselves?

A senior member of staff was standing nearby throughout the conversation and agreed with everything being said, but didn’t step in to offer any solution.

What disappointed me most was the total lack of discretion or customer awareness. I wasn’t asking for a free pass. I wasn’t trying to blag entry. I was a fully paid Platinum member standing there with my gym bag, willing to spend more money, and yet every response was simply “no”.

I wasn’t offered a tour. I wasn’t offered a day pass. I wasn’t even shown the facilities so I could understand what I’d be paying extra for. I was essentially told to leave and come back another time.

Being turned away like that felt bizarre. It honestly felt like being refused entry to an exclusive nightclub rather than dealing with a premium health club brand.

From a business point of view, this is shocking. Instead of thinking, “How do we turn this paying member into a higher-paying member?”, the focus was purely on shutting the conversation down.

At the very least, I should have been offered a tour so I could make an informed decision before upgrading. Expecting someone to go back to their home club and upgrade for a gym they haven’t even been allowed to step foot in makes no sense at all.

The attitude came across as entitled, rigid, and completely lacking customer care. With senior staff present, this should have been handled far better.

Very disappointing experience

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience at Raynes Park and understand how frustrating this must have felt, particularly as a member who was willing to upgrade. You can check which Clubs are included within your membership tier by selecting the “Clubs I can access” option in the "Manage My Membership" sidebar of the David Lloyd app, which outlines the access levels linked to your home Club. That said, we appreciate that the situation could have been handled with greater flexibility and customer care. Your comments have been shared with the Club Manager for review. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Delivery left outside in the street??

It actually blows my mind how stupid your delivery drivers are. This item am I purchased was left outside of the back gate of the business premises which is essentially a car park. Why would you leave something like that? Just laying on the floor in the car park where anyone could (and did) pick it up? I rushed to my workplace after receiving notification that had been delivered and once I saw the photo, I hoped it would still be there by the time I arrived. But 45 minutes later, it had been taken and now me and the retailer are out of pocket due to the incompetence and stupidity of your drivers. I feel like they do this stuff on purpose common sense is not common with Evri.

⭐ 1 Star-Missold charger, no-show installation, zero accountability

⭐ 1 Star –
I booked an EV charger installation with NextGen after seeing a Black Friday offer. From the start, they were very quick to push paperwork through for the government renter grant, even before a firm install date, time, or exact charger model had been properly agreed.

As a first-time home charger customer, I made it very clear that I wanted a charger compatible with Octopus Energy’s smart unlimited tariff. I specifically asked about this more than once and was clearly told that the charger they supply is compatible with all Octopus tariffs. I trusted their advice and went ahead.

Installation day was booked for 8am. I took the day off work, rearranged my living room, moved furniture blocking the electrical cupboard, and emptied the cupboard so the installer could work easily.

No one turned up.

By 9am, 10am, 11am, and even 12pm there was still no installer and no contact. At 12:30pm, I finally received a call from their office saying Stef the installer had a so called “family emergency” while on the way that morning and would not be attending.

What’s unacceptable is that NextGen admitted the installer had notified them earlier that morning, yet nobody bothered to inform me. Had they contacted me at 8am when they were first made aware, I could have gone to work. Instead, they let the entire day pass, meaning I lost a full day’s wages unnecessarily. This loss was completely avoidable and entirely down to their failure to communicate.

When I raised this, I asked for reasonable compensation for the day I had lost. I was told the staff member didn’t have authority and would speak to a manager. After waiting all afternoon with no call back, I chased again at 5:30pm and was still given no answer, only pressure to rebook.

While this was going on, I contacted Octopus Energy directly to double-check charger compatibility. They confirmed that the charger NextGen supply is not compatible with the Octopus unlimited tariff. It is a generic rebranded charger that only supports a different night-rate tariff, which increases daytime electricity costs. This is something NextGen are clearly aware of but failed to disclose, despite me asking directly.

In short:
• Installer didn’t turn up
• I wasn’t informed until half the day was gone
• I lost a day’s wages
• I was refused compensation
• I was missold a charger that does not meet my stated requirements

NextGen later tried to present “waiving a £50 rebooking fee” as a goodwill gesture, despite the fact the missed appointment was entirely their fault. That is not compensation.

This experience has been unprofessional from start to finish and, in my opinion, dishonest. They tell you what you want to hear to secure the job and deal with the fallout later. If the installer had turned up, I would have been stuck with a charger that doesn’t support the tariff I explicitly asked for.

As a business owner myself, I would never treat customers this way. Based on this experience(and many other reviews on here), I would strongly advise anyone considering NextGen to look elsewhere, especially if you care about smart tariff compatibility or basic customer service.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – A Complete Waste of Time and Money

We booked ClickMechanic to carry out a diagnostic on my son's Audi, and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. The mechanic arrived, plugged in his diagnostic machine, took a reading, showed us the fault code, took a photo of it—and that was it. He was gone within 10 minutes. No test drive, no physical inspection of the car, no effort to actually understand the issue beyond what the machine said. He couldn’t have left quicker.

For this, we were charged £90. We then contacted 10 different garages to get quotes based on the diagnostic provided, only to be told the same thing over and over—that these types of diagnostics are unreliable and not accepted without a proper inspection and test drive. Essentially, the reading was useless.

The whole thing felt rushed and careless. It seemed more like a box-ticking exercise to get paid than a genuine attempt to diagnose a problem. If you’re considering using ClickMechanic, I strongly advise you to think twice. This service provided no real value and left us exactly where we started—except now we’re £90 worse off.

I’ve edited my review

I previously had made a review given this company one star as I was pissed off with the fact that my delivery didn’t show up and the customer service I received about the Missed delivery wasn’t handled in the best way I felt

Since making that review, new information has come to hand that would explain the delivery not Turning Up. And it wouldn’t be this companies fault after all

So I’m big enough to admit when I’m wrong and edit the review However the customer service I did receive from the first person I dealt with (Megan) was not the greatest and simple clear communication and accountability could’ve avoided so much stress. So I will change it to a 3 star, which is a neutral review.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your recent order—this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

It’s clear that we fell short in several areas, from the clarity of our delivery options to the service you received while trying to resolve the situation. Your frustration is completely understandable, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Review of UberEATS

scammed by the driver

I am writing to formally complain about a highly unacceptable experience with your service and the subsequent handling of my refund request.

On Saturday night, I ordered a meal for my children from McDonald’s via Uber Eats. After an hour, the delivery driver arrived and, while parking his motorbike outside my house, dropped it along with the delivery. The drinks spilled all over the paper bags, and as he attempted to bring the now-soaked bags to my door, he dropped the entire order onto the pavement. Burgers, fries, and milkshakes were left scattered on the ground outside my home.

The driver apologized profusely and assured me I would receive an instant refund. He even showed me his phone and confirmed that the refund had been processed, explicitly instructing me not to contact Uber Eats. Trusting his word, I followed his instructions.

However, several days later, I realized no refund had been issued. When I contacted Uber Eats to resolve this, I was told I was no longer eligible for a refund because I had not reported the issue within the 48-hour window. This policy, which I was not made aware of, is being used as a shield to avoid reimbursing me for an order that was never delivered in edible condition.

I want to emphasize that I acted in good faith based on the driver’s explicit instructions and assurances. The onus is on Uber Eats to ensure your staff are properly trained and transparent. Instead, I feel scammed and deceived by your driver, who falsely claimed to process my refund—potentially to retain the commission for this delivery.

I have video evidence from my Ring doorbell clearly showing the food being dropped and rendered inedible. I am happy to provide this footage should it be required.

This situation is unacceptable, and your reliance on pre-written, AI-generated replies to dismiss valid complaints only exacerbates the issue. I demand:

A full refund for the undelivered food.
An investigation into the driver’s behavior and actions.
Clear communication and a resolution from a real person—not an automated system.
Why should I, as a paying customer, bear the cost of your staff’s incompetence and misinformation? Uber Eats must take responsibility for this incident and ensure that such deceptive practices are not repeated.

I await your prompt response to resolve this matter.

as with the chat function i keep getting the same AI generated responses???

Review of Tide

Avoid this company if you run a business

I’ve been a Tide customer for over a year. Recently, I opened a second business and decided to take advantage of Tide’s offer to open a limited company and a business bank account simultaneously.

The setup initially seemed smooth, but I ran into a significant issue: I registered both accounts under the same email address. Concerned this might cause problems, I contacted Tide via their chat function. They confirmed that I needed to use a separate email address for the new account, so I followed their instructions and updated the email as requested.

The agent assured me that I’d be able to log in and out of each account seamlessly using their respective email addresses. However, once I logged out, I found myself completely locked out of both accounts.

Since I’m unable to log in, I’ve lost access to the in-app chat—the only real-time support Tide offers. To make matters worse, they don’t provide any phone support for urgent issues like this. I’ve been emailing hello tide .co every day for over a week with no response.

This situation has been detrimental to my business. Without access to my bank account, I can’t trade, pay invoices, or manage my finances. It’s beyond frustrating that Tide doesn’t provide a dedicated line for businesses facing critical issues like being locked out of their accounts.

For anyone considering Tide for their business banking: avoid them at all costs. Their lack of customer support is appalling. If you’re locked out, you’ll likely remain locked out for days or weeks, with your emails completely ignored.

If any staff member reads this, my primary account is [Finessed Limited]. Please resolve this issue urgently, as this has had a devastating impact on my ability to operate my business.

AVOID, the prices are not what the seam

Rating: ⭐ (1 star)

I had a very disappointing experience with JustFix when I booked them to install a home EV charger. Their pricing policy is misleading, and their service leaves much to be desired.

They advertise their jobs as “fixed cost,” but this only applies to the first hour of work. I assumed the worker would assess the job description and photos beforehand and provide a fixed quote. However, that’s not the case. Instead, they begin the job, charge for the first hour, and only afterward provide a quote for the rest of the work.

For context: I was told by my regular electrician (who is currently unavailable) that the job should take about two hours at £120 per hour plus £30 for parts, totaling around £270—reasonable and transparent. But with JustFix, their model incentivizes dragging out the work to increase costs. Hypothetically, they could start rewiring and then quote an exorbitant amount to finish the job. If you decline, they pack up and leave you worse off than before they started.

When I expressed my concerns and asked to cancel the job (which I had only booked an hour prior), I was met with unprofessional behavior. A staff member named Zee began ignoring my messages on WhatsApp after I requested cancellation. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge a £24 cancellation fee despite their pricing policy being unclear and not fully disclosed upfront.

This approach feels exploitative and against consumer rights. I’ve since escalated the issue through my credit card provider and am leaving this review as a warning.

The entire experience with JustFix was a sham. Their unclear pricing policy and incentive structure benefit them and their workers while leaving the consumer at a disadvantage. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Dear Mr Brady,

We are very sorry you feel that you did not have a good experience with JustFix. We really value your custom and your journey with us is so important.

We deeply regret that we were not afforded the opportunity to attend the job, or help you with your electrical fix. We were raring to go with a Fixer booked out for you.

As a company we try to be as transparent on price as possible. Our prices are clearly stated on our app and on our website.

The big advantage of choosing JustFix is that when a job goes ahead our team are in constant communication with our Customers and Fixers alike, to ensure the whole process goes as smoothly as possible. The customer is consulted and informed of the costing of additional time and materials required, should the job exceed the first hour. The customer is in control.

Sincere apologies you felt ignored. According to our records all your initial questions were answered promptly; and when the original operative you were in contact with went into a meeting, you were responded to by another member of staff within 15 minutes of your message. By which time you had regrettably cancelled your job.

We do have an automatic cancellation fee of £24 in place, which was charged upon cancellation, this is also clearly stated on our website. This was promptly refunded to you following your request.

Hopefully the call from our Operations Manager went someway to help clarify our process and reassure you we are trying to be as helpful and responsive as possible.

Thank you for the valuable feedback you have provided, we will consider how we can improve our service and further hone transparency around cost.

Very best wishes,

“An Absolute Disappointment for Disabled Visitors” BEWARE

“An Absolute Disappointment for Disabled Visitorss

I recently visited Thorpe Park, and my experience was truly disappointing. I had called both Thorpe Park and Merlin a few weeks in advance to confirm what accommodations were available for disabled guests, as I have a blue badge due to a spinal injury. They advised me to buy a ticket, enter the park, and then visit customer relations. However, when I arrived, I was informed that I needed to pre-book disability assistance online. Despite explaining that I’d been told otherwise over the phone, the manager Jack simply shrugged and said they couldn’t help with the “incorrect information” I received. I even asked if I could get a refund, given that I hadn’t yet experienced any of the park, but they refused.

Desperate for a solution, I tried to buy fast-track tickets to avoid standing in long queues, but they were sold out. Even if they were available, I was told they would cost £15 per ride. Expecting disabled visitors to pay extra for accessibility is, in my opinion, discriminatory and disheartening. Queue times for popular rides stretched to over two hours – completely unreasonable for someone with mobility issues. This place prioritizes profit over guest experience and seems indifferent to disabled visitors’ needs. and they even charge £12 to park a disability car

It’s clear that Thorpe Park is no longer the enjoyable, inclusive place it once was. If you have a disability, avoid this park – they will not accommodate you without extra cost, and the staff showed no compassion or flexibility. It’s a shame to see such a beloved.

avoid them

**Review:**

I had a terrible experience with this company. They promised 30 to 40 sales a day, but we ended up with none. Their staff arrived an hour late, refused to wear the promotional t-shirts or hold the flags, and spent most of the time smoking with their hoods up. They didn’t even hand out the flyers as they were supposed to.

When my team went to check on them at the train station where they were supposed to be stationed, the staff were nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, they left an hour early despite being instructed to stay. They claimed to have gathered 25 leads, but we never received any.

When we raised our concerns with the company, they dismissed our complaints and treated us as though we were lying, even after we provided photos and videos as evidence. This company is not trustworthy, and I strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere. It was a complete waste of time and resources.

Disgusting behaviour from a "main" bank…

Disgusting behaviour from a "main" bank that you are meant to be able to TRUST, I had 2 credit cards with a total credit limit of about £14k, I cleared both of any debit and I didn’t current need to use them, so I just put them to the back of my mind, during this time I switched main bank which means the DD I had set up for the credit cards no longer worked but this shouldn’t have mattered as I didn’t owe anything, so Santander decided it would charge me £3 per month for not using the card, and when the DD didn’t work it added a £12 "late payment fee" this went on for a couple of months without my knowledge and messed up my credit rating, I was never notified of the charges and now had to pay the outstanding amount that they just invented hiding behind a long and outdated T&C's that are 600 pages of small print that no one reads, I can see why they are rated as 1 star and everyone hates them.

I have since cancelled both cards after paying the sly charges.

Hi there! Apologies if any confusion incurred!
There ISN'T any charges on Day 1 of using pdfFiller, actually. The system would prompt you to register an account, but this is NOT a paid plan.
Please note that there is a 30-day free trial period, and it always goes first, no matter what kind of account you chose.
In other words, you could be charged only on the first day of the second month of using pdfFiller, not sooner. This gives you sufficient time to test and decide for yourself. And you can surely cancel anytime, again, no charges incurred.
Hope this helps!

I own a gym and have a main account with natwest, and I opened a 2nd business account with revolut after having a standard account for a few years. the purpose of the account was to receive payments from my chip and pin machine I have provided by zettle by PayPal.
was all going fine for a few months, then all of a sudden I was asked to provide a statement from PayPal that shows my name my business address and all of the transactions?, so I logged into my zettle/PayPal and downloaded the statement they provide, now this statement is for the business so only shows my limited company name (as it should) and I submitted that to revolut, who just declined it and repeated themselves I contacted PayPal and asked if they could add my name to the statement and they are unable to do that and said what I have submitted should be enough, I tried to contact revolut many times but they only have a chat function and the people of man it English is not their 1st language so it becomes very difficult when they just repeat the same thing again and again
they won’t accept that PayPal don’t provide the type of statement they are asking me for and just ask for it again. I have asked if they are someone, I can speak to on the phone, but they just refuse and now my account is facing closure, so I have to open one with Monzo of another company all because they can’t just have a discussion with me and use common sense, or accept different proofs etc.
a terrible bank with 0 customer service. Don’t waste your time with them.

This is a very weird company

This is a very weird company.

As a gym owner for a few years, I’m always looking at new ways to market and gain leads. I saw the Instagram advert and they make some very bold claims and promises, so I thought I would give them a go.

In all of the videos they explain that you pay no money upfront before you see the results. So I felt I had nothing to lose. once I signed up and scheduled a meeting. I am bombarded with marketing emails from them several times a day. I’m also sent an email which is a kind of checklist of things to have in place before my meeting takes place and it basically says make sure that I am open to spending A decent amount of money on the marketing campaign or I’ll be wasting my? Bearing in mind the video that got me interested in the first place stated you don’t spend any money before you see the results?,

so it was a kind of a bait and switch technique. I thought I’ll still give them the benefit of the doubt. And take the meeting and see what they are about myself.

Then a hour before the meeting is supposed to take place I get an email cancelling it. stating that they’re working with another gym in my area?

What a waste of time and effort. They seem great marketing themselves, but not actually doing the work for a gym. when you start really looking into what they’re saying it’s all very much ambiguous information. and i see reviews where others have had issues with them

I wouldn’t waste my if I was you….

Hey Hank,
Sorry you are feeling this way.

Here at FMA we operate an Area Exclusivity benefit for those clients who are a part of our UpLevel programme; meaning that we won’t work with another business in the same town. This ensures we can service our clients with integrity and avoid conflict of interest.

If we had been able to work with you, then during your discovery call we would have outlined the product and candidly explained any fees and costs associated with the marketing programme.

Unfortunately, we can’t find your details to be able to look into this for you - it seems perhaps this is an alias account?

Horrible service

Horrible service, steeped in racial bias

so I was a zip car member a few years ago but cancelled due to getting a company car so I didn't need the service, just recently I found myself needing the use of a van so I decided to reactivate my account but I didn't seem to be able to do this (maybe it remained dormant too long) so I signed up again (as did my friend at the same time) after a day or so I then received a email saying that my application had been Declined due to "security reasons"?? when I questioned this further they wouldn't give me any answer as to why, but my friend who applied at the same time as me was approved?

so this leaves me with a lot of questions?

I am 41 and have had my licence for 18 years
my friend is 33 and had his about 11 years

we live close to each other.

I hold a clean licence,
my friend has 3 points for speeding.

I don't have a criminal record, and am a home owner, I often travel to America who have a strict visa policy and I also work with children so passed a DBS check

my friend has a criminal conviction from many years ago for drink driving, and has been refused both a mortgage and entry to the USA,

so on paper I would probably be the safer choice, I have had my licence longer and have a clean driving record but yet I was rejected and he was accepted?

the only thing I can now assume is this decision was some sort of racial bias based on me, due to the fact that we both submitted our licences and photos of ourselves via the app.

he is white and

I am mixed race of Arab appearance.

what else could "security reasons" mean when I am the one with a clean licence and record and he's not?

i also paid to start the application, and they wont refund me, seems like a scam now!!!

reading all the other reviews on here they seem to have a history of terrible service

Hi There, we are sorry to hear your account has been declined and can understand how frustrating this may be. Unfortunately, we do not share the reasoning behind account rejection in order to safeguard our security practices, however, we can assure you no bias or prejudice plays a role in the process nor has any place in our company.
Our application fee is non-refundable as clearly stated on the website, and is there to cover the costs to apply regardless of the outcome.

i bought a laptop online, after 6 months its developed a fault, i returned it in store and am now being told theu wont refund it as i have already returned it 6 months ago (that was a diferent laptop) i asked, if i have already returned this laptop how do i still have it here now in my possession to return again? they cant answer it, wont agree there may be some sort of glitch on there behalf and are leaving me with a faulty laptop that they sold me?, there 2 year warranty policy is a lie. they decide if and when they return items. its all very dodgy. they are selling the multiple laptops with the same serial numbers?

Hi Hank,

Thank you for taking the time to review us.

I am sorry to hear about the faulty laptop and that your recent experience in returning your order did not go as expected.

The nature of our business is we buy and sell second-hand items, thus, we test all the items before we buy them to make sure that it's fit to sell. We do not buy or sell stolen products as it would eventually be a loss to us.

Pertaining to your order, it seems that there is a confusion due to the serial numbers and multiple laptops. Do not worry, I will look it up for you.

As there is an ongoing email thread, I have replied to it and I will personally be in liaise with the relevant teams about it.

If you need any more assistance, feel free to write back to the same email thread.

Regards,
Ramson.

Ocean was too dangerous to use the boat. Refused a refund. Click&Boat don’t care

Me and my family made a booking through the app and on the day proceeded to the marina to collect the boat the person who was the boat give me a brief instruction on how to use the boat in the marina you couldn’t see how dangerous the current waves were and when I questioned the person who owns the boat about this he said to me it’s fine as soon as we got in the boat and pulled out of the marina the waves were like 5 m high and the boat was struggling to fight against them and to not tip over within minutes I turn the boat around went back to the marina I told the man it was too dangerous for me my family to be in the boat on these waves he said if you don’t like it you don’t use it but I’m not giving you your money back he should’ve never let us go out and he should’ve cancelled the booking because of the dangerous conditions he was only interested in The money and put in mine and my family lives at risk didn’t concern him when I contacted click on both and told them exactly what happened and asked them to cancel the booking or refund me they told me they don’t have the ability to do that that’s at the boat owners discretion when I sent them evidence showing how dangerous the war was and that the lifeguard didn’t want us out on the boat they still refuse to act and told me I have to go to him directly he’s already told me he’s not gonna give me a refund they are enabling people to steal from clients and have no repercussions do not use this app do not use the service and do not book any boats through them if you do a quick Google search you will see that this has happened to many people who have lost their money either the conditions of been too dangerous or the person owns the boat hasn’t even showed up in the first place click on boat do not care as long as they get the commission for each booking made through the app do not use this service do not use this app they are thieves

Dear Hank,

Thank you for your feedback.

Our customer service already treated your case. Unfortunately, the owner did not agree to refund you for this booking since he informed us that the waves were not too high and other boats were navigating as usual.

Since you did not purchase the CAB weather guarantee we could not refund you the commission. However, for a booking with a professional owner, the owner can decide if he agrees to a refund or not, since clients can have very different understandings of bad weather.

If there should be a restriction of sailing from the harbour authorities, owners ususally never refuse a refund but they can ask for a new date for the booking.

If you have further questions you can always reach out again to our customer service.

Wishing you a great rest of the summer and best regards,
Your Click&Boat Team
