Precious @Smart Pensions doing a very good…

Smart Pensions are doing a very good job with my requests, Precious has been amazing so far and certainly has indicated she will ensure all my enquiries get finalised. I am very impressed by her tenacity and willingness to be on the phone for so long until i was satisfied that all was in order.
Precious is certainly a credit and an asset to Smart Pensions.

What a stupidness going on with this…

What a stupidness going on with this company... I called up for broadband, since it was shown to be very good for my area, the guy suggested EE, which confused me but i went with his suggestion, and after all the setup fees and equipment changes it turns out the signal is not strong enough for what was promised and instead of plusnet, I now have to contact and deal with EE... PLusNet and EE and are BT owned and it's a complete FARCE.

I've been given europcar for a courtesy car twice now and on each occasion the car has not been delivered on time. They need up my day both times so only 1 star from me

Quick resolution

So initially it all seemed good and my time sheet seemed to be sorted out and I'd get paid, but no pay.
Spoke to Tania, she explained the problem, she sorted it out very quickly and everything was good, money in the bank.

I only gave you 4 stars because I placed an order for 2 books from you and ended up paying delivery for both and you sent them separately... not good practice !!!
...but happy to receive at least one book so far.

Your online design software is handy

Your online design software is handy to have available but it has huge flaws which need adjusting. We should be able to copy an existing label and make changes to make it a new label. It is stupid having to recreate a new label each and every time just for a product name change.
Also are we not able to upload our own design on there, which would be far easier at times???

Terrible Customer Service

I started off chatting to someone who then couldn't answer my query so they passed me through to customer service who then started taking through security allll over again which altogether took 20mins of my time and then in between asking security questions I was waiting approx 2 mins each time... this is a disgraceful service
