I used their online prescription service to get an antibiotic. The antibiotic prescribed was for three days only. While symptoms improved infection was still symptomatic so asked Eirdoc to prescribe a further two days. They said I would have to pay again to extend prescription as they only give out 3 day scripts and not 5 day scripts. If you want 5 day script you must use their online doc. No where on their website does it state this and customer service said they do not advertise the fact its only a three day script. If you pay for script and then online doc your better off using your own GP for a personal service thats cheaper. Would not recommend!!

Recommended Eirdoc to my daughter who called and got 5 day script for antibiotics. On 6th day still unwell she contacts eirdoc to ask if doc could give her a further two days script as 5 was not enough and she was still coughing. Doc said in order to do that he would need to teview her. There really was nothing to review as it was just what she told him that cough was much better but not quite gone so a further two days of antibiotics would be a great help as this current flu seems to require full seven days. However we enquired about a review and was told we had to pay the full fee again so just under €80. No examination just telephone conversation. Ended up taking her to my own Gp who gave her the extra two days antibioticso total cost €100. Cheaper and better to go to own Gp but choose Eirdoc as it was convenient or so I thought. Very disappointing service and when I contacted customer care they just quoted how much it would cost for a review that we didnt want or need. If doc had given script for 7 days it would have been alot easier or if there was a small fee but paying the entire fee was extreme!!

Doc called on time and was very easy to chat to on phone. He sent script over to chemist and had sick note for work within minutes. Fast friendly efficient service.

I was looking for a gaming computer for my son and emailed GG machines to ask if we could pop in to see their computers. They responded immediately and told us we were welcome to call in and chat about what we required. Robert was really interested in listening to what our needs were and advised us on what exactly we needed. He was extremely patient with us as we were weighing up all our options. When we did finally reach out to Robert to build our PC for us he explained everything to us. He answered all our questions and even after taking PC home my son had issues with a game he downloaded which had nothing to do with the computer. Robert who has a genuine interest in gaming invited my son to come into his shop so he could help him adjust settings so he could play the game without a problem. He offered him so much advice and gave him points of contact should he need them going forward. The customer service from Robert is excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend GG machines. Robert goes above and beyond to help and advise and ensure the customer is happy.

Efficient and friendly staff. Will definately use them again for theme park tickets!!

Didn't receive goods I ordered. Courier couldn't find them. Lifestyle were to try and find new shoes and call me back. Never got that call. I called them and they said items were lost and they could only replace half of the order. The other shows were a Santa pressie and to be told this two days before Xmas was not good enough. They offered 10% off my next order. Not good enough!!!
