Item purchased had very clear details of 14 day return refund policy next to the item . This is misrepresentation as they had no intention of honouring this despite repeated emails . This is a con !! They refer to T and Cs nowhere on this page , buried somewhere else . The wording on the product page is very clear !
At best incompetence , at worst this is fraud .

Advertisement did NOT state that 3 saucepans included in the set were not non-stick and are dreadful to use . They would not replace with the non-stick alternative .
This is misrepresentation of the product .

Prompt attention fixed hob problem , but unearthed another problem that needed new glass top as induction units were no longer attached to the glass . This item has been discontinued so repair impossible - hob approx 6 years old .
