I bought a pair of shoes on line. The buying process was efficient. The shoes were dispatched within a couple of days and delivery a couple of days later. Happily the shoes fit me so there is no need to return them, though that process also seems to be well organised. A further bonus was that the shoes were cheaper than other places and I also benefited from free delivery.

The Ecco sandals I recently bought are, as I usually find with Ecco products, light and comfortable. They both fit well and look well.
