Express VPN gives me peace of mind that I can avoid the worst the internet throws at me. The 'extras' such as the password vault make the program even more valuable.

Ordered, waited, was told items were delivered... but to the wrong address. Checked with the neighbour who had been home all day, and he said nothing had been delivered. Contacted the company, who said they had no record of the order, despite sending me tracking numbers, etc on 6 occasions. Total ripoff scam artists.

Edit: sent details of order to company. Now waiting on a response. Another edit if anything develops.

Last Edit: Their final excuses have been bizarre. They told me that it was both "100% delivered" *and* that the local post office may have lost it.

The staff are highly professional but also friendly and approachable. I was given a personal experience with help and assistance that matched my needs. I'm now 78 and I'm aware my needs are higher and more varied than younger people, but was more than pleased with the support. The glasses were inexpensive, were quick to arrive and the consultant ensured they fitted perfectly before I left the store.

Won $60,000. Found it simple to transfer winnings to my bank account. It was a great Xmas present!! I'm still buying entries online. Trust level implicit.

The tablet is really attractive. The picture is crisp, clear, and responsive. I had a small issue when the screen mount was missing but on hearing this, the team leapt into action and a mount arrived within days!! Great service. I was *very* impressed I didn't have to chase them in any way.

Sadly I do have some connection issues but I'm almost certain these are caused by my phone settings and *not* the tablet. As soon as the problem is sorted... which I'm sure it will be soon... I'll come back to pass on a further update. Just to remind you, this *is* a beautiful and responsive screen and, as with my earlier review I am still more than happy with the purchase!

Customer service was excellent, pricing was exceptional and the goods of high quality. Actually, I'd had a small problem with a previous purchase and a warranty service/repair was carried out promptly and efficiently. I can't fault them.

The instant offer is a fast, safe service if the sale is urgent. However, one issue to understand is that what's offered is the trade 'Red Book' price. This is fine for the purchasers but not necessarily ideal for a seller. For example, the Red Book doesn't take into account market conditions. If there is a two-year wait for delivery of a new car, for example, the current model might carry a premium not reflected in the Red Book price point. Bear this in mind when making the decision whether to sell privately or follow the instant offer path.

Ordered online post free, but collected in person because we're not too far away! Despite this, the order was collated quickly and efficiently so we were able to visit the next day.The premises are COVID safe and the staff very pleasant to deal with.

I had a problem actually getting the template because I hadn't been authorised or verified or whatever despite having paid. Apart from that initial glitch all went well... sort of. To explain, I found it impossible to install the template and so asked for a refund. However, I was offered *really* great support with an offer to install it *free*, an offer I took up immediately. Within a day or two... extended by my incompetence... the template was installed up and running awaiting configuration. I wouldn't say the experience was the best I've had but I can't fault the support services at all. Having said that, having to 'verify' myself in order to post this review!!
