Great product range and displayed beautifully. Professional but not pushy staff.

The delivery men were rude. After unpacking unit I realized the two shelves had not been stained so gave the appearance of being dusty. When I complained I was told nothing wrong with shelves so they wouldn’t do anything. I said if you could tell me what the finish coat on the rest of the unit is I could probably stain it myself no reply. Very poor for a unit nearly $1000 dollars. I am definitely not happy and won’t be shopping their again

Great shopping experience at Amart. I rarely purchase furniture and find it confusing with all the different styles, so I was really glad the staff were so friendly and helpful. Walked away feeling I'd made the right decisions. Love my purchases!

Amazing customer service

We ordered 2 lounges - only one has arrived. The other was sent to the wrong store from warehouse and separated from our delivery. The Ballina staff have been very helpful, and the delivery driver was polite, but trying to locate and get (which we still haven't) as at the date of this review

Customer service at my local store was great. I didn’t feel pressured, if anything they made it easy to pick a product that day.

The staff were friendly and respectful, the Townsville Amart store is tidy and well presented.The sales rep I think named Keiran that assisted us was so patient, kind and knowledgeable, he was engaging and seemed happy the entire time he was helping us, he talked to our baby and spoke directly to our son when it was his turn to pick a mattress. We were given choices and time to mull it over in a very relaxed manner, we didn't at all feel rushed or just like another commision ticket. The nice lady at the register was super friendly and was happy to have a little chat while waiting for the order to process. We had a genuinely enjoyable and relaxing shopping experience that left us feeling really happy with our purchases.

I honestly couldn’t fault the entire experience of purchasing my bed. From start to finish, the communication from the staff was excellent, and they made the whole process so easy. Walking into the store, I genuinely felt welcomed and well looked after.

I visited a few other retailers and they had some nice beds, but the outstanding customer service at Amart was the main reason I chose to buy from them. Combined with the great range of quality products that were exactly what I was looking for, it made the decision an easy one.

I will definitely shop at Amart again. The service was outstanding,and the store was very convenient.
