Parcel left in full view of the street when no one was at home. This is a high crime area and parcels are frequently stolen. No attempt to hide or leave with a neighbour

Review of Hug Rug
Whilst I'm told the rugs are very good, I would not recommend the blankets. I had to wait more than 3 months for the blanket to be delivered and when it arrived the quality was not as hoped. The blanket smelled as if it has been used. I put it in the washing machine (adhering to the washing guidelines) and it shed horrible plastic fibres which I am still trying to rid from my machine. Since I had to wash it, I have kept it but it will only be used outside. A disappointing experience after such a long wait.
