My nine year old sprocker loves the Daily Bites and it's what gets him up in the morning! Recommended by the vet some years ago now, as he has had operations on all his legs.

The delivery was made well within the time scale and the large parcel was placed over the doorstep, withoutme having to ask.

No greeting or interaction at all, which really surprised me. The driver went straight back to the van without a word and then back up my drive. I asked if the order came in two parcels and he said it was for next door!

Lovely leather handbag on sale, so I ordered three for choice, thinking to keep two. Unfortunately, the one I thought I would like the most was a much drabber colour, so just purchased the charcoal grey one in the end and returned the other two. Also, the description says the strap is detachable but it isn't and would be better if it was. That said, the handbag is lovely and a bargain in the sale.

I was a little anxious about ordering on-line from Sweden, as I have wide feet and shoes often come up too narrow. I did the research and was assured this was not a problem due to the way the shoes are made. I also knew I could return them. Beautifully presented, excellent quality and I am delighted with the boots, especially as they were 50% off in the sale, plus an extra 10%. I have been looking for ages and now Ecco have solved my problem. Highly recommended. Could not be more pleased.
