The new filters are even better then the old ones giving higher flow. They're slightly wider though so the old cover doesn't fit. Not a problem as it doesn't really need a cover but I thought I would let them know just in case it was an issue. Within 30 seconds of sending an email they sent me a code to order the new cover for free and 2 days later it arrived. Top product backed up with top customer service.

Great service and great job done by the engineer who visited my home. Overall extremely pleased with fibre to the premises.

I use several products all the time because I like them. Plenty more I have tried and didn't get on with as well. The biggest issue I have is getting things sent out together. When I've order several products at the same time and they get dispatched separately and arrive on different days. I believe this is down to Royal Mail but I don't understand why Smol doesn't put everything in a box together so this doesn't happen.

Contacted Yoto about a battery issue with a Mini that's had a lot of use for several years and they offered a free battery replacement kit. It was really easy to fit and I couldn't be happier with the service. This was not expected as I thought I would have to pay for the battery at least!

I fully agree with the packaging ethos of smol but I find the products are, on the whole, a bit expensive for what they are. I have tried many the cleaning sprays, washing tabs and deodorant are regulars. Others, like the toothpaste, I like the flavour but it's not as effective as some other, no doubt less ethical, brands.
The other issue is the ordering on the website. I often go on to request an order brought forward, no problem, but then a few days later they send me something else without warning and I wonder why it doesn't make it easier to see scheduled deliveries and lump them together. I have been a customer for several years and over time I tend to reduce the number of different products I get.

They had what I needed for a good price. Cheaper than Screwfix and still let me return bits I didn't need with no fuss.

Good price on a quality piece of kit. I bought a nearly new Mission 778x amplifier. It's a fabulous bit of gear in perfect condition. Sounds great with loads of connectivity features and the delivery was super quick.

They refunded the unexpected charges as soon as I contacted them. I signed up for a trial and canceled on the last day as the app didn't seem to get my feedback or tailor the workouts to my preference. They charged me over a months subscription in one go already though. They issued the refund immediately though when I emailed them.

I have not tried NB before and yes they are half a size small but armed with this info from other reviews I got the perfect fit and the price from MandM made it a really satisfying purchase. I will definitely use MandM again and buy New Balance next time I need running shoe. So much better than the pair I got last time that cost nearly £100 more.
