This is the first time since we were asked to stop putting flushable wipes down the toilet, that I have felt clean. I have tried getting a bidet hose fitted, that didn't work. I tried getting a Rinse Mate as well, but that wasn't good enough for me either, so this is my third attempt at getting properly clean. I'm happy to say that this Wype seems to be working well for me. Keeping everything crossed!

After reviewing what I had ordered, I realised that I had put a lower case n when it should have been a capital N. I got in touch,and they answered straight away, telling me not to worry and that they would alter it as I had asked. Well, it was delivered about 5 minutes ago and it's absolutely beautiful. Spelt right and lovely quality. Thank you very much. X

I ordered 5 items, and they all came through at the same time. I had no problems collecting them. I was served quickly and politely.

Can there ever be a bad review? I don't think so.
I have shopped with them for years, both in store and online. The staff know everything you could possibly want to know, and if they don't, they go and find someone that does.

I bought these for my daughter as she suffers from "white finger" and it's very painful. She tells me they are helpful inasmuch as although her fingers are still cold, they aren't absolutely frozen. The socks are helpful as well. She tells me that she might invest in a set herself.

Boots had an offer on for sun lotion, online only.I put my order in and collected it the next day after work. Was served straight away with a smile and the order was completed. Colour me happy!

Questions were asked and thorough answers given. Very knowledgeable staff.

I ordered a Kindle Oasis on a late Saturday evening as I thought my Kindle had broken. Sunday morning I found out that my Kindle wasn't broken so I cancelled my order from Very. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem although I would just have to send the new one back, if it had already been dispatched. On the order form I received, I was told the due delivery date would be the following Thursday. I had an email from Very recognising that I had cancelled my order and would just need to follow the normal send back procedure if it had already been sent out. Lo and behold, on the Monday I get two emails, one from Royal Mail and another from Very to tell me that my Kindle would arrive the next day. Wow, two days ahead of schedule! Am I just being cynical or was my order rushed through as they knew that it had already been cancelled and if I received it I might actually keep it?
As they knew my order had been cancelled why has my money still not come back into my account over a week later?

They turned up when they said they were going to.

We were given an appointment time and were seen as soon as we got there. The pharmacist was friendly and professional.

The weight vests came on time and very well packed. Thank you.

Anna-Mae served us today and interacted with our grandson really well, making him feel comfortable to say how the trainers felt and if he liked them. Was able to get him fitted with his chosen trainers in time for his birthday. 😊

For me this excellent service from Lakeland is normal, I expect nothing less. In my experience their standard has never dropped.
