Easy to process and always donating to great causes

You didn’t deliver the item, then lied about the condition of the package and I haven’t received the refund.

I bought the beautiful off white Lisbon tote which arrived gorgeously packaged and very quickly. There was an issue with the pricing which had dropped within hours of me making the purchase but DeMellier rectified it immediately and without difficulty. Service was excellent and product is beautifully made. Will definitely repeat buy!

You did not leave the parcel “behind the gate” - you threw it over a 6’ wall as usual. You have no idea what is in the parcel which could be fragile.

Byulent always delivers efficiently and with friendliness. He makes sure the deliveries are brought to the front door and left safely on all occasions. Other couriers do not do this so it’s always a pleasure to have him bring my orders.
