Took more than 2 months after they received my return to credit the money back to me, I contacted them and they just repeated it was being processed. This also happened to my daughter and I assumed it was a mistake but it’s obviously their business model to hold onto your money. I had to pay 2 credit card bills whilst waiting for £327 refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEBENHAMS this is not the store I used to love.

All done within 5 minutes of my original email. This was fantastic service by someone who is obviously diligent and a credit to her employer. 1st class customer service!
