I ordered online in April 25 this year a 'Longines Master Collection' men's watch, but which C W Sellors failed to deliver. When I rang customer services for updates, they were extremely evasive, advising there was a distribution issue why my order was delayed. I was extremely patient, but exchanging emails came to realise that there must be bigger problem with my order.
After three and a half month's and having paid a hefty deposit, found no option but to cancel, which they did willingly. I wonder if the price with discount applied was the reason they were unable to supply?
I would not recommend this organisation, company to acquire your goods, their indifferent customer service was not good at all, shame as I really wanted the watch I tried to purchase.

Secondly which you further kindly pursued when payment offered fell short of sum that should have been applied. I'm grateful to both you and the retailer for sorting and agreeing my claim.
