Outward journey fine. Return not so good. Jet 2 cannot be blamed for screaming babies, but I would have asked for assistance from plane to immigration had I known the walk would be a mile. No kidding, over 2000 steps, up and down slopes, carrying some heavy hand luggage. Even trolleys would have helped. There were signs saying the wheelchairs there were for passenger use, but were they any wheelchairs? No of course not. I am an arthritic pensioner with reasonable walking ability but that was an awful end to a holiday.

I ordered 2 light bulbs. They arrived very quickly.

The product is fine. Getting an email saying it is ‘on its way’ two weeks after I took delivery is a bit slapdash. And the bit in one of the many emails (4 were identical) graciously telling me I was ‘welcome’ to review once the order had arrived was just daft. Meow could I review something I did not have? And as for offering ‘how to write a useful review’, well really. I am the customer, not a lackey

I had a puncture on my way home after a funeral. AA arrived before the estimated time and I am now home drinking a cup of tea much sooner than I feared.

It all runs so smoothly. Reminder, I say yes please, it all happens.

The second I pressed the order button I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed Pavers instantly, before I even had their confirmation, then emailed again a few minutes later when I had their order number. After an automated acknowledgment, 5 hours later I was told it was already beyond retrieval. Several emails later got very unhelpful emails, copying in the Pavers MD got no response. The Evri delivery driver was far more helpful about getting the boots returned, and I imagine it will be weeks before I get a refund.

It is so reliable, reminds me when to reorder, and means no standing in queues is sickly people at the pharmacy. What’s not to like?

I used the calculator, and found an equivalent insurance package considerably cheaper than renewing with the company I used last year.

This is a totally painless way to get repeat prescriptions. They do it all - remind me, contact my surgery, prescription arrives. Why I wasted so much time in queues of possibly contagious people in local chemists I really don’t know.

My water bill was going to leap up, so I queried it. I got a clear explanation, Wessex said it was their fault my meter had not worked for ages, wrote off what it seemed I owed them while paying much less than the going rate for some time, and adjusted my monthly payment to something higher than I had been paying, but still a pretty good buy for clean running water 24/7. I don't think we appreciate what they do, and a visit to a pumping station a few years back showed not only amazing technical kit, but a real feeling for the surrounding countryside.

It's not yet arrived. There was a warning that the Chinese New Year might delay delivery, and I am now anxious as need the shoes for a holiday that starts next week. A tracking facility would have been helpful.

I said if out, leave in shed. My garden is tiny, and the shed pretty obvious. However parcel was left in rain under a table. Why?

The system just works. I get a reminder, and the next thing I know the prescriptions have arrived. Recently I had to get a one off prescription from the local pharmacy and ended up sitting there for ages, feeling dreadful. Post is so much easier

My old bedding was, well, old. And flimsy. I have never owned anything 800 thread count before, but it feels completely different. I had to force myself not to climb in when I had changed the bed, on Monday morning, it was so inviting.

I do get rather exasperated being asked to review sites. There was something I wanted, I ordered it, and it arrived. Surely that is what every vendor should be doing, without needing praise heaped upon them.

Ordering is simple and prescriptions arrive promptly, but the constant reminders to order which arrive after the medication has been received are annoying and make me question the company’s efficiency
