I recently placed an order online. I received a text from Rosie apologising item was out of stock at the moment so I could either wait or get refund. I told her I would wait no problem. Within 2 days she texted back to say item was back in stock and would ship ASAP. I received next day! Great customer service and experience. Would definitely shop there again and recommend highly!

Terrific Customer Service! I recently contacted Colourbest to purchase a maintenance box for my Epson Surecolour printer and wasnt quite sure about a generic brand. Tony was such am amazing help to me and guaranteed if I wasnt happy with purchase I could return for full refund. I ended up purchasing ink as well! I received my order here in Ireland within 2 days as promised. I will be ordering from them again and would recommend Colourbest to anyone!

I felt he was rude and really couldn't give acrap that my new mixer I received 2 hours previous was broke!

This was my first purchase from British Corner Shop and it definately wont be my last! I live in the West of Ireland and I buy a lot of American products as well as other foodstuffs online as my local shops dont have what I'm looking for or the prices are ridiculous! I stumbled across this site recently and found so many products I love and really cheap prices. My order arrived within 5 days and all the contents were packed individually which made it easy to check off from the list of contents. I also loved that it's one shipping cost for up to 30kg .I would definately recommend this site to everyone! Extremely pleased.

Excellent cistomer service! My recent order couldnt be delivered by courier cayse I made a typo on my phone number. I received a call from equipashop after they broke my code of the letter t in middle of phone number. They rang to let me know that the package would be there next day and it was! I never leave reviews on site bit felt this company deserved it.
